Do you bring your cleaning supplies and necessary equipment?
For the most part, we believe that a set of cleaning supplies (especially the cleaning cloths and vacuum cleaners) should be dedicated to one environment. People suffer more and more from allergies, sinuses and infections. We want to make sure that we bring relief in to your life, not more problems from other houses. For clients that prefer our equipment and cleaning supplies we do bring all we might need.
What days Natalia’s Cleaning work?
Our regular days of work are Monday – Friday. We do take special assignments for Saturdays and Sundays, but only in emergency situations and for a slightly higher fee.
Would I be able to check different maids from Natalia's Cleaning before I decide which one is best for me?
Crew rotation is very common these days, it not only helps to keep high level of satisfaction but in case of employees’ day off, the client can make sure that another familiar maid will take care of their house like nothing has changed. A common preference among clientĨle is having one dedicated person for their household needs.
Do I have to stay home while cleaning?
If you wish to stay, you are very welcome. We may ask you to switch rooms during the process. If you want to avoid the noise and inconvenience of being in the way, you can provide us with the key. Please do not leave any door open for us and leave, we do not want an unwelcomed per(s) to enter your household before we get there and cause problems. We also strongly encourage clients to consider handing us a key instead of hiding it in the mailbox, etc. We want to take all responsibility of our actions not someone else’s.
How do I make sure that I get proper amount of work for the money I pay?
To make sure that the service will give you its best performance, please make sure that all items are in the rooms are where they should be, so we don’t spend extra time trying to place them where they belong. (i.e. dishes are in the sink, kid’s toys are picked up in their room, etc.)
How do I express additional requirements, changes etc?
You can contact Natalia via email, phone, text message or fax. You can also leave a note for your cleaning individual in visible place on the day of cleaning.
What if something valuable gets broken while the cleaning?
We do cover all unfortunate mishaps either through the insurance or reimbursement. We do though ask for your help in this matter. If you know that any of your belongings are high in value, irreplaceable, damaged by someone (your previous service or family member) or it doesn’t operate correctly at the time you hire us, please let us know about it. We are a group of hard working people who touch your personal stuff sometimes more frequently that you do per calendar year. If we have this additional info, it would help us avoid mistakes and accidents.
What if I forget about the upcoming appointments?
We are always more than happy to reschedule your appointment. We would like to avoid all last minute cancellations as much as possible, so we can keep our other scheduled appointments for the day flowing as smoothly as possible. Please give us 72 hour notice, or a minimum of 24 hours. We never charge for the late cancellation notices, but we would greatly appreciate if our generous policy was not being abused by inconsiderate cancellations.
